About

The purpose of this blog is to share ideas about Parisian and French culture. As a bilingual, bicultural girl who grew up just outside of Paris, I hope to offer a unique perspective on all things French. From things to do, culture, style, topical issues and lifestyle pieces, this blog aims to be a magazine-like resource on Parisian chic – from a British perspective.

This blog is great! I love the concept. I studied French and journalism/mass communication at university so I love it that much more! I really hope you start to post more to the blog so I can keep up!

Meanwhile, if you have time could you check out our blog at http://www.vantagepointvintage.com/blog and let me know what you think!

    XOXO,

    Hey,

I reaally love your blog. It seems to sum up a lot of what I love about Paris. I am another English girl (London based) moving to Paris very soon. I’ve already lived in the South of France and have always entertained the vague idea of moving to Paris. Recently graduated with a BA in history and French from the university of Sussex in 2011 and with little of major interest going on for me here in London I’ve decided to bite the bullet and go for the big move to the land of croissants, cafe and culture (said in a sexy accent).

I’ve found an internship with a photographic agency which I’m really excited about. It would be great to chat to you about blogging, the arts scene in Paris and the harsh (or not so harsh?!) realities of English girls finding jobs in gay Paris. Bisou! Zoe x

      Hi Zoe,
I have almost finished a photography course and am looking to move to either London or Paris. Out of interest, can I ask which photographic agency you managed to get an internship at? I too am concerned about finding jobs in Paris when my French is very rusty …
      Thanks, Sophy
